About Ibrahim Gailani

Ibrahim Gailani is an international operations executive specialising in designing,building, and leading the internal structures for front-line customer relations.  With expertise in Telecommunications, Banking and Outsourcing Services, he has been involved in launching new call centers, turning around challenged operations, and revolutionising business plans to maximize productivity, performance, and revenues.

A founder of Buzz Contact Centre Solutions, the leading Contact Centre Outsource Service Provider for Banking & Finance in Dubai, and having been in the call center and service industry for over 12 years, Ibrahim has been a big advocate and speaker on customer care at various industry related conferences in Dubai, North America, and Europe.

In the past few years Ibrahim has been the Director of Customer Service for 3 Leading Telecom Companies, Mobilink-Orascom Telecom, Telenor – Pakistan,and VIVA-Kuwait Telecom with and outstanding track record as:

Currently Ibrahim is a consultant operating in the middle-east specializing in Call Centers &Customer Services with a focus on Recruitment, Training & People Development, Benchmarking, CRM and Change Management projects.

Ibrahim completed the project of setting up the customer care unit for "Augere Holdings" a new Global wiMAX start-up with funding from France Telecom and the former management executives of Orange, UK. He spearheaded both the contact center and walk-in store for their SME launch and later consumer launch in Pakistan with the brand name "QUBEE" and on a consultative basis on the Augere Bangladesh project launch.

At present Ibrahim is involved in the project where he set-up the Contact Centre for OMAN ARAB BANK based in Muscat, Oman and now rolling out customer care strategy to all banking channels. Oman Arab Bank is one of the top Trade Finance and Corporate Bank in the Region. It has been steeped in conservative traditional banking values and is now making the transition to Retail Banking dominance, and Ibrahim is part of the team that is bringing that change in the customer care arena.
